Student Services Department
The Student Services Department serves as the first contact point for Global Pathways students and Western Sydney Global Pathways (Bridging Track) students. You can reach out to us for assistance with various matters, including but not limited to:
– Online systems (student email, MyPathway, Ebills, etc.)
– Important procedures (permitted absence, student card, academic records, certificates of student status, deferral, withdrawal, etc.)
– Any other issues that you may not know the exact contact point

Accounting Department
This is where tuition fee payments are recorded. Students are advised to keep a record of payment for confirmation purposes with the Accounting department.
